1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, just email us at contact@viviabag.com with your order number.
2. When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery then takes about 6 to 8 business days.
In total, you can expect your order within roughly 7 to 10 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
3. What are your bags made of?
The vast majority of our bags are made from vegan leather, primarily polyurethane (PU). This material replicates the look and feel of traditional leather while being lighter and easier to care for, and contains no animal-derived components.
We also offer vegan suede on certain models.

4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. Please use the same email address you used at checkout, and allow a couple of days for the first updates to appear.
