Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on viviabag.com and shipped to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: estimated delivery in 7-14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: estimated delivery in 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your state. No additional customs fees or import duties apply to domestic US orders.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at contact@viviabag.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

SONHOECOM LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@viviabag.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
