Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received
Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging or tags
Items returned after the 30-day window
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@viviabag.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SONHOECOM LLC is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at contact@viviabag.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@viviabag.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
